Annual Members Meeting & Champagne Brunch

More than forty Constitution Island Association members and guests gathered for their Annual Members Meeting at the Thayer Hotel for a delicious brunch on December 4. Following a short vote for the new By-Laws and new and returning Trustees, the guests enjoyed the lavish spread, remarks from the Chairman and the Vice Chairman and a Hudson Valley/ Warner Family Trivia game. Silent Auction  items from The Cottage, The Riverview Restaurant, Ladies Reading Club, The Good & the Beautiful & garden items, along with artwork from Dorian Remine completed the Sunday gathering.

The CIA gardeners were gifted  their brunch from the Association as gratitude for a successful year in the garden: (From L) Cynthia Thomas, Margaret Flint, Marian Leeds, Linda Gerten, Colette Fulton, Ann Garti, Grace Gloeckler and Monica Staats.

New members from Garrison joined the festivities: (L) David Lilburne, owner of Antipodean Books, and Marianne Sutton and David Watson, owners of The Cottage Bed & Breakfast in Cold Spring, and Cathy Lilburne.
