Constitution Island Association

to honor

Rick Camarda and The Pugh Family

on the beautiful and lush grounds of historic Constitution Island

4:00pm to 9:00pm
THIS YEAR, the Constitution Island Association is honoring both Rick Camarda and The Pugh Family.

Rick Camarda has been the dauntless West Point Harbormaster for 33 years.  No matter what the currents the logistical, diplomatic or actual storms were navigated successfully.  With Rick at the helm, cadets and visitors alike were safely shuttled to Constitution Island.  We will miss his steady hand and wish Rick and his wife Mary a long and happy sail in retirement.

The Pugh Family’s contributions and Betsy’s dedicated service as Chairman significantly benefited Constitution Island Association.  Betsy and Emerson’s energy, hard work and love for the Association is worthy of recognition at this year’s Soirée.  CIA would not have progressed without one of Cold Spring’s most distinguished families.

With the magical beauty of Constitution Island, this year’s famous lobster dinner along with musical performance by the West Point Benny Haven’s Band, is sure to be a memorable sunset soiree on the Hudson River!

ATTIRE: To get in the Island groove, tropical attire is suggested!

Men in white linen suits will not be turned away.
