All Constitution Island Tours are subject to cancellation due to staffing cuts at Harborcraft by West Point. All guests are requested to leave a contact number, preferably cell phone, where they can be reached in case of a cancellation.

The Constitution Island Association was founded in 1916. The Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All contributions are tax deductible. Member contributions have maintained the Warner House for over 90 years.

Temperatures in the 90's° and/or high humidity may cause tours to Constitution Island on Wednesdays or Thursdays to be canceled. Constitution Island tours are not handicapped accessible.
